Q: Can I use my ClearBalance loan for other charges that are not healthcare related?
A:
No. Your ClearBalance loan is uniquely geared to help you manage your healthcare out-of-pocket expenses and can only be used for services from your healthcare provider.

Q: Can I combine charges for myself and my family members?
A:
Yes. ClearBalance can consolidate existing account balances into one easy statement, making it simple for you, your spouse or dependent family members. You may also add on balances if needed.

Q: I have an existing ClearBalance loan. What are my payment options?
A:
ClearBalance does not charge prepayment penalties, so you have the flexibility to make a minimum monthly payment or pay a greater amount. ClearBalance offers multiple options to repay your obligation. You can access the bank’s secure, convenient web site to make payments at any time, day or night, at www.bankdatacenter.com. If you prefer, you may call 866-734-4355 and utilize the touchpad on your phone to make payments. Or, as an added convenience, you can establish recurring payments from your bank account or debit/credit card, or simply mail a check to P.O. Box 742628, Cincinnati, OH 45274-2628.
